The 2025-2026 Budget Vote and Trustee Election will take place on Thursday, May 1 from 1:00pm-8:00pm at the Bellmore Memorial Library.
Timeline
March 13 – 1st of 4 legal notice publications
March 27 – 2nd of 4 legal notice publications
April 1 – Nominating petitions due by 5:00pm
April 10 – 3rd of 4 legal notice publications
April 22 – Public Hearing, 6:00pm-7:00pm
April 24 – Last day to request absentee ballots to be mailed
April 24 – 4th of 4 legal notice publications
April 25 – Absentee ballot list to library
April 30 – Last day to request absentee ballot if absentee ballot is to be picked up in person – must be by 5:00pm
May 1 – Budget Vote & Trustee Election, 1:00pm-8:00pm
May 1 – Last day to receive absentee ballots – must be by 5:00pm
